I’m Jo and I use heart lead, energy work, to support
your animal’s wellbeing.
What is energy work and how can it help?
Ever notice how a dog or horse is able to anticipate someone’s arrival before they’re physically present?
Or how they’re able to communicate with one another without any physical or verbal language being exchanged?
That’s because energy is their first language.
This makes energy work with animals an incredibly effective way to connect with them at a deep level and support them in their physical, emotional and mental well being.
I use intuitive, energetic, heart lead & holistic therapies to connect with animals. These promote relaxation, reduce stress, help process trauma and stimulate the body’s natural healing rhythms… with the overall aim to improve the animal’s well being and harmonise your relationship with them.
I work with light touch energy healing, breath work, cranial sacral therapy and animal communication - all techniques that compliment more conventional veterinary treatments.
Animal energy therapies can be beneficial for issues like anxiety, pain, trauma, behavioral problems, and overall wellbeing.

Highly intuitive, I’ve been navigating the world with energy as my primary language since I was a little girl and as such, have enjoyed deeply formed relationships with animals my whole life.
It was animal friendships, particularly with my dog, Digby, that have guided me to formally offer energy healing to other animals.
Although I took a more traditional career into advertising, straight out of University, I soon realised that this was not my true calling and trained as a yoga teacher in 2015 and as an Angelic Reiki practitioner and Breath Coach in 2020. I am now RYT 500hrs Senior Yoga Teacher.
Over the last 3 years, I’ve been adapting these techniques specifically to support animals as well as undertaking further studies:
Cranial Sacral Therapy Diploma (Equine Massage Academy)
Holistic Healing for Equines - a year long diploma with Healing Animals Organisation.
How I work
If you have an animal in your care who you feel needs help being heard and understood; perhaps there’s been a sudden change in behaviour or something has happened in their lives that is having a negative affect on your relationship with them or with others?
Perhaps you intuitively feel that something isn’t quite right and that energy work can help your animal live a more healthy and balanced life?
If so, I’d love to help support you and work with you and your animal friend.
From there, I can understand the best way to help them; moving to energetic connection and holistic healing techniques - this is always lead by the animals themselves.
Depending on what’s required, I will use one or a number of techniques to help balance their nervous system, release tension and restore the natural healing rhythm of the body.
This work can be done face to face or remotely and/ via Zoom.

Treatment options
Home or yard visit: I come to you for an initial consultation and healing session. This can take 75-90 mins and best done in a location in which your animal feels most at home.
If you are based more than 30 mins away, travel costs will be charged as additional.
This can be done as a remote / online treatment.
Following our initial consultation and first treatment session, a follow up at home session can be booked which is a 60 minute session consisting of a verbal catch up and a healing treatment.
(Travel costs incurred if you’re based over 30mins away)
This can also be done remotely / online
When 2 horses and their guardians would like treatment on the same day, at the same yard, you can split the cost between you. 60-75 mins per equine dependent on whether they have been treated before or not.
Additional travel cost applies if you’re based over 30mins away from me.
